These dummies can be iced using a variety of different mediums including fondant/sugar paste, buttercream, royal icing and can be used with modelling paste and modelling chocolate.

Made from EPS 100 polystyrene, the dummy is more compressed than other cake dummies on the market making it much easier to cut with a serrated knife if you wish to carve it to your own specifications.
