RECIPE
- Cake Mix 1000g
- Water (1) 400g
- Vegetable Oil 100g
- Water (2) 175g
METHOD
- Add cake mix to the bowl
- Add water (1) and vegetable oil over 1 minute on slow speed.
- Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed
- Scrape down
- Add water (2) and mix for 2 minutes slow speed
- Scale into a lined tin
- Bake at 170 for 40-45 minutes in a deck oven
